All four kupot give the same legally-guaranteed basic care — so the real choice is about clinics near you, English service, the app, and the supplementary plan. Tell us how you'll live and we'll rank them.
General guidance, not a medical or insurance recommendation. Every fund must provide the same national health basket; differences are in clinic networks, digital service, English support and optional supplementary plans (bituach mashlim). The single best test is which fund has good clinics and your preferred doctors near your actual address. You can register or switch easily — at a post office or online — so nothing here is permanent.
